Raza Imam shares his life story with us with a fine sense of balance of humor and concern. He also maintains the current social trends by sharing with us his own selfies of how hunky he looks by following his own advice (consistent action will lead to confidence and a strong self-image. Then eventually, you, and those around you, will see results)!
Raza outlines the intended audience for his book – ‘This is for the average guy who wants to lose fat and build muscle. It’s for the busy parent, the entrepreneur, the guy who wants to help others. He needs the physical strength to accomplish his goals, but also the discipline, fortitude, mental toughness, character, and self-respect to handle life’s most difficult tasks’ and ‘Focus on not only the physical benefits you’ll get when you workout, but on the confidence and mental toughness you gain as well?’

Practical And Reliable!

It is a clear fact that we all are busy and each has own duties and obligations that need to be attended to. Among the society the common truth is that most people do not practice any kind of exercise mentioning that they do not have enough time to attend to. The Science of Getting Ripped by Raza Imam comes highly useful for those above mentioned and this book mainly provides steps suitable for a busy lifestyle. The author's own experience is included in this hence this is highly practical and reliable. The book mentions a proven method setting goals in the process and I am very much impressed by the six day exercise and Sunday rest schedule included. The 12 principle guide is valuable and each describes with its specific use, methods and takeaways acknowledging the reader. The work outs are provided and the progress charts provided can be used as indications of the state of our goals as present evaluations. I have already started following the steps mentioned in this book and I feel that I am gaining success. I recommend this book for others.

What a great book!

I have been in bodybuilding for a very long time and I have seen everything you could image in the way of proper lifting and nutrition. What I can tell you is that 95% of everything out there is bulls***. I've read all of Arnold's books and you can throw those in the trash too. Those books are for those that take steroids and those that are genetically gifted. Back in the day when I took roids they were great but this book has to be the BEST book for the average person looking to get big or lose fat "naturally."
